What about when my car goes for RTA passing?
Here at XA, we use exactly the same chassis measurement system as the RTA test stations to ensure total clarity during inspection. This report can be issued if requested by the test station.

Once your vehicle has been repaired by us, a full vehicle systems check is performed which includes ADAS calibration (Adaptive Driver-Assistance Systems) and road test.

What is the difference between agency & non-agency repairs?
What is Agency and Non- Agency repairs?
In agency repair, you can take your vehicle to the dealer's authorized workshop to fix any damage due to an accident. In non-agency repair, you can take your vehicle to any of your insurers’ authorized garages to fix any accidental damage.
How do I know if I’ve selected the correct authorized repairer to fix my car?
Before agreeing to have your vehicle repaired at the independent repairer, always check that they have the correct repair equipment, trained technicians and correct repair procedures to fix your car.
I’ve checked and they don’t… can XA help?
The answer is yes! Please contact us directly and we will liaise with your insurer to have your prized possession transferred to our Prestige repair centre in Al Quoz.
Can I make an insurance claim through XA?
Yes. XA are able to set up your claim with the insurer on your behalf. XA then completes your repairs seamlessly. In most cases, you will only have to set up the claim which we can help you with. Contact our customer service team for further information. We will process your insurance claim from start to finish.
Do I need to contact my insurer before I contact XA?
Not necessarily. We work with most of the UAE leading insurers and aim to take the hassle away by dealing with them directly, making the insurance process as easy and as fast as possible.
What information and details do I need to provide for XA to create my insurance claim?
All you need to bring is the police report, your driving license and the Mulkia card. We can take care of the rest.
I only have third party insurance.
If the accident was not your fault, we can deal with the third party insurance on your behalf and ensure that your car gets the repair that it deserves.
